Each item is made to order and can take around 2-4 days to process and print before shipping.
I use an on-demand printing company that has facilities worldwide.
Additional customs and tax fees can occur on some international orders. This is beyond our control and varies widely country to country. Please check your local customs office to see if any duties or taxes may be applied.

Once your order is placed, you should receive a tracking link via email.
If this has happened, please contact me as soon as possible with photos and your order number - I'll do my best to resolve it as soon as I can!
I don't offer returns or exchanges at this time, but please let me know if there's something wrong with your order.
I can only offer refunds on wrong or damaged orders.
